Another Monterey Resident has had her wireless meter replaced. The resident sent a demand letter to National Grid; followed up with an online complaint letter to DPU when she did not get a response; stating that National Grid broke the terms and conditions of their contract by not reponding to the demand to remove the meter as requested.
