It looks like our efforts to stop the HMO have worked. The directors have reached out to say it won’t be a HMO.⁣

I’ve passed on the contact information to Lawrence Hunt who will hopefully make sure they stick to their word.⁣

Thanks to everyone that signed the petition, almost 1k people. This is not just about the house in Lessingham but more about getting Article 4 moved to our area to stop greedy developers turning family homes to tiny HMOs .⁣

I’m taking the petition down because I do I believe and hope the developers will stick to their word and also they’ve reported it, to try and stop it. 😂⁣
