“Village comprehensive plan

o The Mayor and Village personnel met with D&B Engineers to discuss a comprehensive plan for development of Village with attention to Manhasset Isle.

o D&B Engineers will submit a proposal for cost estimates and plan within the next month.

o In conjunction with comprehensive plan, a moratorium on any further development is possible.

o Village will consider adding a link on website for residents to voice suggestions and ideas relative to comprehensive plan”.
