I’m reaching out with an urgent update about our campaign to object to the proposed dwellings at the Newton Avenue Car Park. We currently have 45 signatures, but we need at least 50 to submit our objections to the council.

 

This car park is essential for residents, ensuring we all have safe and convenient parking close to our homes. Losing this space would lead to:

 • Severe parking shortages: Already limited residential parking will become even scarcer.

 • Increased congestion: More cars parked on the streets, creating safety concerns and access issues.

 • Community impact: A loss of convenience and quality of life for all residents who rely on this car park.
