⚖️ What’s Happening in Court - Our lawyer will be:
✅ Arguing for an injunction to halt the project until real studies are completed
✅ Opposing the developer's motion to dismiss our lawsuit
✅ Fighting for the community’s right to transparency and a real voice

 
📢 Media Will Be Present
TV stations and reporters have been notified. We’ll be holding space in the courthouse lobby after the hearing for any press interviews. Let’s make sure they see a strong, passionate, and united community that refuses to be ignored.
