The People of Halifax Regional Municipality

The Tragically Hip couldn't go everywhere, and I understand this. The CBC is now having a live broadcast of The Hip's final concert on  Saturday, August 20th which gives us all and opportunity to see this bookmark in Canadiana.

However wouldn't it be great to do it together?

The HRM and CBC could work together to fin a public space to make this happen!
Maybe the Oval? Maybe Grand Parade?

I am sure the citizens would love this, and I'm hoping this is what this petition will prove.

And maybe Gord will have a suggestion for a charity that donations can be given to.
