We, Haitians across the world and our allies, denounce the betrayal committed against the people of Haiti by signing a contract with foreign mercenaries under the false pretext of combating insecurity.
This insecurity was deliberately created to destroy families, force people to flee their homes, and weaken our sovereignty.
We call for the immediate resignation of the de facto Prime Minister and the cancellation of this shameful contract.
