Before Super Sentai was adapted into Power Rangers, there were other attempts to adapt it for a North American audience. Haim Saban first attempted to adapt the series back in 1986. He shot a pilot episode for a series called Bioman

The show was described as a space adventure series about five kids with identical "bio-rhythms" who defend Earth against Zadar, a half-human and half-robot being who wanted to conquer the world.

The series would've utilized English dubbed footage from Super Sentai's 8th season Choudenshi Bioman.

For almost 10 years there has been a movement of Power Rangers and Super Sentai fans who've wanted to see this pilot. With the 25 anniversary of Power Rangers coming, we can think of no better way for the pilot to be shown to the public.
