Hard to believe it's been 6 months since Hailey has been gone. I miss her everyday. I feel sick writing this, but still want to thank everyone who has supported our endeavors of bringing this difficult situation to light. We will not let this be ignored anymore.   

In July we held the first annual Suicide Awareness Rally, and look forward to bringing this back again next year.  

We still have so much to do.   

Coming in January, we are still working with legislators and with other local suicide awareness advocates to bring forth multiple bills regarding different aspects of mental illness and gun laws.  

Again,  Hailey's Legacy is NOT trying to bring about a Red Flag law, nor is Hailey's Legacy against the 2nd Amendment. Hailey's Legacy is for responsible gun ownership, and while every state in the nation has a law preventing those with mental illness from obtaining a firearm,  not one has a way to enforce it.   Not until now. 

Help Hailey's Legacy protect our loved ones.
