We are finally free, we won our case in court!!! 

We will not be returned to the UK, finally all of the abuse was heard in a court trial (all of this was suppressed in the UK).  

My daughter told her truth to specialist child psychiatrists and social workers as well as the Judge himself.

He attended the trial and immediately it was proven that he'd lied to the UK High Court by emails he had sent me when we left, this proved he knew how to contact me and where I was, he lied so that the hearing would be held without notice to me and he could obtain an enforceable judgement against me.  

During the trial his multiple lies were exposed.  I can't explain how happy we are, to finally be free after so long, it feels so strange, so surreal.

But now I have a duty to help other women, there are thousands trapped in intolerable situations around the world, refugees have more status rights than these women, they are at the bottom of the list for their human rights.

They are protective mothers, they deserve their freedom, their lives, their children.
