Life time sentencing or death penalty should be implemented on the rapist and serial killers, because they are underestimating our constitution.

We know that it is against our constitution but we would want it to be reconstitute for urgent measures to be taken,Our constitution is more based on the Bible and bible is customary laws and doesn't bring any change within the confinement of the constitution.
