I can't thank you all enough. Theo says thank you too. I will be attaching the support from this petition as evidence for my appeal to the education tribunal. There is a flaw in the system and my son and others.who have medical needs being refused a 121 due to medical needs not being used in the criteria is wrong, regardless of the education setting. Nursery is just as important than schools. Nursery lays the foundation of education for all and to be refused is breaching disability rights.
