Our new neighbor doesn't like dogs and is using the current animal ordinance to limit our dogs from being outside more than 30 minutes. The current animal ordinance states that animals vocalizing continuously for 15 minutes or intermittently for 30 minutes is a violation of Gwinnett County Animal Ordinance in the state of Georgia. We would like to see this law modified so that it applies between the hours of 10pm and 7am as it is with other noise ordinances in the county. 

Please sign petition to have this law modified so dogs can enjoy the freedom of playing and running freely in their own yard.
