We are signing this petition to show opposition for the Proposed Development of Single-Family Townhomes located on Spout Springs Road and Braselton Hwy. 

We strongly oppose and believe the addition of 220 Townhomes will add no value to our surrounding communities.  We oppose high  density housing in our area and want to prevent the negative consequences an impact like this will have:  it will increase traffic, lower our property values by setting a precedent for High Density housing, increase crime, and overpopulate our school cluster.
