saying " I object to both planning applications 21/P/01306 and 21/P/01283. Please note that I object to both of these planning applications on an individual basis so do ensure that you note my objection to both of these not just either or. Effingham and the surrounding villages should not be overwhelmed by Berkeley Homes desire to build on the greenbelt harming both the long term green space, wildlife, ancient woodlands but also the lack of infrastructure design locally and struggles which are currently faced with lack of amenities such as doctors, dentists, primary school spaces. The land is currently pumping out 4000 gallons of water per hour and is made from chalk and clay and cannot withstand houses being built on and the knock on effect within the immediate remit and further afield downstream to Cobham with the flooding issues already.
