Another suggestion  I have, is to call Governor Roy Cooper’s office and request his immediate influence to contact other agencies and work in facilitating the expedition and necessary permit options available for this father so he can come attend his daughter’s arrangements! This family has been devastated and are victims of a violent crime and regardless of his status he should be allowed some type of permission to briefly return to see his daughter one last time and be physically present at her funeral!
