Lakeside License Pulled

Thank you for all your support.  After yesterday's national day of action, it was announced that Michigan's Department of Health and Human Services is ending it's contract with Lakeside, the facility where Cornelius was killed. In addition,"the department will change its policies to forbid the use of physical restraints in all its licensed and contracted facilities."  

This is a great first step, which would never have been realized without your support.  But the fight continues to make necessary safety changes in Michigan and to ensure that the same pattern of events does not play out at another Sequel run facility across the country.
