Changing law's

I have been fighting this battle for a few year's now I have had meetings and many emails to the park's dept about why these type of event's are aloud i am told because the law's have changed and allows them to do it and also it generates revenue for the park well where is all that money going ?? Not back into the park why not do community day's for the community after all we are Garfield park festivals something other then this when I walk into the park I don't want to race my kid to a beer bottle.
