WHAT CAN THE HEALTH MINISTER DO?

We're petitioning the Minister for Health because he (the Hon Greg Hunt) can exercise his power over our chemist IF: 

1. as a result of the Secretary’s decision, a community will not have reasonable access to the supply of pharmaceutical benefits by an approved pharmacist; and
2. approving the pharmacist is in the public interest.
