On 10th September, ABCA tested the smoke, fire and CO detectors in the property concerned and, surprise, surprise, they worked perfectly. The only correction to be made is a minor wire rerouting-ABCA made a mistake first time round!!! I witnessed these alarms being installed and tested THREE times so the result came as no surprise to me. The important questions now are:
[1] Why and how did BOTH ABCA and RBK&C lose the documentation? [2] Are EITHER organisation competent, fit and proper people to continue with this vital work?[3] The RBK&C tenants at another flat in the property were reported several times for endangering the lives of all occupants(Tenants, leaseholders and their respective visitors) yet both the Police and RBK&C turn a blind eye! I WONDER WHY????? There is supposed to be a shortage of police officers and with COVID-19 they are overstretched, so why is it, when these people snap their fingers, half a dozen police officers turn-up within 20 minutes? What EXACTLY is the nature of the relationship between the police, RBK&C and these tenants????????WATCH THIS SPACE!
