The latest ruse from RBK&C is for THREE people to do the checking of the smoke/fire alarms which is usually done by ONE! Who is paying for all of this? Well, YOU are!! We have had 10 years of austerity, the economy has suffered because of COVID-19 and these bureaucrats are squandering PUBLIC money, YOUR money on this wastage- utterly outrageous! Incidentally, let me remind people that it is perfectly legal to video, photograph and take audio recordings of these jumped-up pen pushers in your own home WITHOUT their consent- no matter whether you are a leaseholder or tenant! They will lie to you and swear blind that you need their permission, but just ignore them! It is THEY who need YOUR permission to make audio and video recordings as well as take photos in your own home. I suggest people start recording them as protection against their lies! DO NOT give up your rights!!
