Not so urgent after all??

It is now 12:10pm and I have heard NOTHING from RBK&C. Perhaps it is not quite as urgent as they made out on Wednesday. Perhaps they have found the "lost" paperwork underneath someone's sofa - it is, after all, "mandatory", but this may apply to losing the paperwork only. What is clear is that both ABCA and RBK&C have demonstrated that  they are UNFIT to carry out this safety work. Do RBK&C need to be put in special measures? Do ABCA need to be investigated?Watch this space!
