Problem
Illegal/corrupt practices by CPS, law enforcement, cccs. Inc. It effects my children's innocence, mental health, well being, trauma, family bond, their rights as well as mine too. It has kept us apart for 1 1/2 years.

Solution
They need to be thoroughly investigated, and cleaned out with new employees. My children should be placed with family or family friends until returned to me.

Personal story
I'm Julie Riojas. The mother of two amazing boys who were removed from my home by CPS Jodi Burk. She placed them with a white, catholic, privileged female couple, who is well known in the community. She promised I would have them back in my home in 30 days. One of the women was also my sons school teacher for 2years, CPS Jodi Burk, did not inquire about family, she did not follow icwa procedures, and these women were not licensed foster placement. These women immediately wanted to adopt my children and I was alienated from my older son. It has been the most heartbreaking and mind breaking thing i've ever been through.
