On November 7th, the Tuition Policy Advisory Committee sent out an email to all students explaining their plan to increase tuition for every student by 2%. Thats around $200 per student per year. Although this would result in an extra $10.5 million in revenue for UT per year, this will increase student debt tremendously, something that most college students can't afford. This change will impact the lives of all UT students by keeping them clear of unnecessary debt. I will deliver this petition to the Tuition Policy Advisory Committee and Gregory Fenves on November 15th, 2017.
