GREG ABBOTT DECLARES STATE OF DISASTER; NO CANCELLATION ON SPI AS OF YET

At approximately 12:30 PM CST today, Governor Gregg Abbott has declared a State of Disaster for all counties in the State of Texas.

However, as of yet, festivities at South Padre Island are still scheduled to occur and no update has been given for ways to keep SPI residents safe.

Please share this petition to push for urgency in banning large gatherings at SPI during March due to coronavirus pandemic!
