Consumers need to be treated with basic fairness, respect and dignity. The Golden Rule - nothing more, nothing less.

"If you're so afraid of what a dictator might do if he loses that you're letting him win, it's time to re-evaluate both your strategy and your character."

This industry needs reform NOW!
