To update you all on the results of Councillor Virgina Moran’s motion that was voted on yesterday, unfortunately it lost with 22 votes against and 12 votes for in a secret ballot (a last minute change meaning that we can’t publicly view the names of Councillors who choose to represent the fox hunt over wild animals and the views of the wider public). Thank you to those who supported our campaign by writing to the Council. We’ll keep pushing the Belvoir Hunt until they no longer meet in Grantham.
