History is being made in Minnesota!

We are the third state in the United States to prohibit information from restorative practices in criminal and civil court -- opening the door for perpetrators of sexual violence to take accountability and give survivors what they so often need: answers, apologies, validation, and amends.

THANK YOU to all who signed this petition, contacted legislators, spread the word, and showed up for hearings.
