As of now an agreement has been reached to pay easyJet staff 80% of their wages including all variable pay. This will be a huge relief to staff who have worked hard and made sacrifices to make the company a great place to work and a great company to fly with. My motives for this petition were purely based on the fact I absolutely love my easyJet family. I made friends for life at various bases and they deserve to be treat with the same respect and dedication that they have shown the company through good times and bad. This shouldn’t  simply be a pause on negotiating terms. It must be a full stop. Period. Your staff are some of the most dedicated people I have worked with and Peter Bellew must come to realise that your people are you number one asset! Your people! For now a victory, let’s hope we have no need to petition in future!
