Do you have any of the following?

Copies of any letters given or sent to you as a police widow or widower regarding the withdrawal of your pension as a result of remarriage or cohabitation.

Any information or copies of letters if your force periodically contacts/has contacted you in the past as a police widow or widower - asking you to confirm your marital status and provide a countersigned certificate of such status.
