This is the latest email from Steve Brine: Dear Cathryn, Many thanks for this. The long and short of the situation is that this is tied up in the Treasury and it’s all going on for far longer than anticipated. I am told the Treasury is widening the scope of the issue, and we are just going to have to wait. All very frustrating, but I look forward to seeing the results and have this week popped a letter into the Minister just to keep up my inquiring mind on the subject.
