Hello everyone, 

Thank you all for taking the time to sign the petition. Here are a few updates:

• We have reached 122 signatures. Awesome!
• If you’re interested, a website will soon be rolling out with more information on the topic.
• If you signed the petition early on, the goal has slightly changed. Without a federal act, Michigan can't offer healthcare to LPRs through federal Medicaid, so I've modified the objective to urge the state to provide care under a new state program instead; it will require the same income eligibility as Medicaid.
• Feel free to notify me if the new description is misleading or inaccurate.

If you haven’t already, I would appreciate it if you could continue to share it with others. My goal is to reach 1000 signatures by March 20. Let’s do something good!
