A public hearing has been reschedule for 9/7/2021 in Chicago, IL

A juvenile and a young adult.I was 17 years old and the law in illinois and the United States have changed this law of natrual life without the possiblity of parole,as well as the Felony Murder statue that states in Illinois that if you wasn't accused of participating in the murder you can not be held accountable and if the brain wasn't 25-28yers old that it wasn't fully developed than we are asking that the Governor PRB grant Emmitts Commutation of sentence..Its time!!

 Governor Pritzer still has Emmitt’s Clemency on his desk as of 2/22/2023. He has not made a decision yet. Please support this Clemency today and bring Emmitt home!!
