Just to let you know as well that I drafted a new petition on the official Government petition site, echoing really what I have included in the article, it is time for grass root changes!  Implementations from lessons learned have to be actioned.   The petition has its first five signatories and is now awaiting review by the Government department that reviews the petitions before they are releases (it is such a slow process!) I will update you if I get it through the review!
