As the inquest into Ruth Perry's sad death gets underway, the facts of how the Ofsted Inspection made her feel, begin to be revealed and it is really, really heartbreaking and reading the details of the last two days of the inquest are really quite tough, BBC News - Ruth Perry Inquest, this must be so difficult for Ruth Perry's family, friends and work colleagues.

The object of an inspection should always have been to get to the facts, but not to emotionally destroy staff, it should always have been done with care, the details emerging of what happened at Caversham Primary School are painting a different story and it is just heartbreaking.

I do think that Ofsted have given instruction to inspectors since this awful tragedy and that from what I have been hearing and have experienced Inspectors are mindful of the mental health of staff and careful not to overly stress staff, and are trying to be supportive during an inspection.

The coroner is expected to deliver her conclusion on 7 December.

Please take a look at the families Go Fund Me Fundraiser for support with their legal costs for the inquest, please donate if you can, it is so sad that they have been put in this position Go Fund Me - Fund family’s legal costs for Ruth Perry inquest
