I am going to start with a thank you again! You are all amazing!  Over 220k signatures and still people are signing, so thank you! 

Please let’s keep it going, I don’t want us to lose sight of this, with the inevitable conversations that are going to be had in relation to the pay negotiations. This is so important, an inquiry is needed, which hopefully will inform change, so please let’s not lose sight of this, keep on talking about this and keep on sharing.
