To anyone paying attention I thank you and am thankful for the signatures I have so far I have presented evidence to the court last Friday in regards to my extraordinary motion for new trial in WI evidence that exonerates me from every crime they have on me on 6-2-20 I became a criminal in the state  Wisconsin in regards to Matters that  involve my child they unlawfully took my child over a disorderly conduct which is illegal this is something I learned real quick and ended up calling them out on the next day for the last 4 years I've been after the Menomonie Police department to give me proof that there was a 911 call they've given me every reason not to give it to me as of late I've gotten the records after the convicted me of course . This is something that I let all my representing attorneys know... for their non-emergency and 911line  and I've confirmed that there was absolutely no call that they did set me up which is something that I was claiming all along I have severe evidence against these people to both judges attorneys prosecuting attorneys and police involved I've been in talk with my da all day today and tried to justify it anyway he couldn't not raising one valid argument so I've let the courts know that I'm invoking my right to disobey you can refer to my tick tok mad Mike111185 where I'm sharing just some of the evidence that they do not want me to have an opportunity to present in front of a jury of 12 at this time I'm not sure of what will happen based off the conversation I had today with my prosecuting attorney they have failed to do what's right this far and I have little hope of them doing so now..
