URGENT OPEN LETTER TO ALL MEMBERS OF PARLIAMENT, POLICE OFFICERS, AND FAITH LEADERS ACROSS CANADA
RE: THE GRAND JURY – DEMOCRACY DECLARATION
To Whom It May Concern,
We write to you today not in protest, but with a legal instrument grounded in our most sacred traditions — the Grand Jury, a cornerstone of justice and public accountability that predates Parliament itself.
This is not politics. This is not partisanship. This is a lawful declaration — a line in the sand.
We, the undersigned citizens of Canada, are invoking our common law right to Grand Jury investigation under the Canadian Bill of Rights and common law legal precedent. We are demanding the Courts of Competent Jurisdiction and the Federal Court across Canada strike Grand Juries of 23 randomly selected citizens to investigate criminal and civil wrongdoing by officials and institutions.
WHY THIS MATTERS:
We face a national crisis of trust. Public institutions are no longer serving the people.
- We’ve seen rigged inquiries like the POEC (Public Order Emergency Commission), led by politically appointed judges with no prosecutorial power. NO MORE FAKE INQUIRIES that lead nowhere and are not independent and have no prosecutorial powers...
- We’ve endured forced smart meter installations, vaccine injuries, election obstruction, land grabs, and foreign-influenced policies imposed on Canadians without consent or debate.
- We are living under growing censorship, surveillance, and coercion, while Parliament is sidelined, courts are politicized, and executive power expands without restraint.
THIS IS NOT A PLEA. THIS IS A LEGAL STRATEGY.
The Grand Jury is not a protest tool — it is a constitutionally recognized mechanism of the people to:
- Investigate crimes under criminal jurisdiction.
- Inspect public institutions, including jails, hospitals, and government offices.
- Receive and act on public complaints of abuse of authority.
This is our lawful right, and we are exercising it.
We urge you to stand with us.
To Members of Parliament: Represent your constituents by endorsing this legal initiative and supporting its call for independent inquiry beyond partisan control.
To Police and Military: Remember your oath. Uphold the law. The people are not your enemy — they are the reason your badge exists.
To Faith Leaders: Speak truth. The moral voice of our communities must not be silent while tyranny creeps in disguised as “safety” and “progress.”
This is how we take back our voice, our laws, and our nation — peacefully, lawfully, and uncompromisingly.
We are building a national movement that grows person to person, community to community. If you believe in law, truth, and justice — now is the time to act.
