PETITION:

Due to illegal, inhumane, several years of decision-making on killing healthy dogs in a shelter for abandoned animals in Podgorica, chaired by the above mentioned company, we seek shift of technical director and change of shelter's name into No Kill Shelter! There is no justification for his arbitrariness, and for killing over 8,500 animals! Although aware of numerous problems and a large number of homeless, abandoned animals on the streets of the city and its surroundings, but in discussions about this issues with the competent services of the local government of the city of Podgorica, as well as with the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism. Technical director of Llt. "ČISTOĆA" Vojvodić, well aware with everything, gives himself the right to decide about life and death, without any legal basis, because it has no accomodation capacities for new homeless dogs. For years Mr. Vojvodić does not want to cooperate with the NGO sector, and today's ban on taking the dogs from the death camps and their accomodation in the private pension for dogs at the expense of volunteers or organizations, WE WANT IMMEDIATE SHIFT OF TECHNICAL DIRECTOR OF LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "ČISTOĆA" IN PODGORICA MR. VOJVODIĆ AND CHANGE OF NAME OF THIS WAITING ROOM TO DEATH TO NO KILL SHELTER FOR ABANDONED DOGS!

Therefore, we demand immediate dismissal of technical director Vojvodić and decision on changing the name into NO KILL SHELTER!
