Refusing to provide details of PAYE

Me being on their employment for over 8 years, 10% of my salary has been deducted as TAX, now management is refusing to provide PAYE details, which was been deducted at source.

At the same time we IRS couldn't may TAX details in their office.

this shows something is fishy, that might be the reason for not continuing the investigation.
