I have been cheated inside my family

I have been cheated by my family members of money and property.All the resources in the family was diverted to a sibling who was only partially handicapped.

Father's voluntary retirement scheme money and his pension was gobbled up by this sibling of mine.Our land which costs crores today was sold to treat his partial leg weakness some time back.And when my depression stuck me and we had to sell more of whatever little land was there,to treat my mother and for my medicines and unemployed-sustenance he got 50% of that money.Eventually I had to part with my house and get whatever money possible in order to learn a new skill that suits my illness.This partially physically handicapped is living a luxurious life as an NRI for long now.

As a result I became bankrupt.This then was a personal example of discrimination of a mentally sick individual against a sibling with partial physical handicap.And this same discrimination is visible at the national level also.After all the saying is that all Indians are my brothers and sisters.But some such brothers and sisters are entitled to a luxurious life by our society.

Physically handicapped are leading a luxurious life given the welfare measures that are available to them from the government.

And I have not been able to vote for the last 15 years in any form of elections,lok sabha,assembly,local bodies as a consequence of mental health issues,either directly or indirectly.

I think even voting rights are  denied to people having mental health issues in the recent bill that was passed in 2017.So are we Indian citizens at all?
