Wimbledon/Sutton Loop - increase frequency of Thameslink trains in peak periods to 4tph

Wimbledon/Sutton Loop - increase frequency of Thameslink trains in peak periods to 4tph

The Issue

On 15 September 2016 Govia Thameslink Railway (GTR) launched an consultation setting out proposed changes to the timetable which will be operated by GTR in 2018 following completion of the Thameslink Programme.

Unfortunately, the consultation has made no changes to the Thameslink route through Sutton and Wimbledon (the Sutton and Wimbledon loop) which is only served by 2 trains per hour, even during the peak times and despite a huge number of people living in the area.

Please sign the petition to increase the frequency to 4 trains per hour during the peak periods in the new timetable.
