Dear Signers, I'm very pleased to tell you that have been in touch with the folks at the PA Council on the Arts, who have now resumed disbursing payments promised to grantees for FY20! Specifically, "All PCA AOAP organizations will receive their grant from the Commonwealth if they have fully executed contracts and have submitted (or soon submit) all necessary reimbursement materials." Thank you to everyone across Pennsylvania (and beyond) who responded to this urgent call to action to send a message to the Governor, and our Legislators that public arts funding is essential, and that we WILL raise our voices whenever our arts and culture organizations are in the cross-hairs. I encourage you all to remain vigilant in the weeks and months to come. Arts & culture organizations will still undoubtedly be needing our help.
