Petition updateTell Gov. Wolf to restore funding to the PA Council on the ArtsCARES Act contained money for state arts agencies; what did PA do with it?

As you may have seen, the CARES Act appropriated $75 million for the National Endowment of the Arts. $30 million from that appropriation was distributed to state, regional, and territorial arts agencies.* The PA Council on the Arts distribution amounted to $527,000.**

The question becomes, what has Pennsylvania done with that money? Has is already been distributed and exhausted by the PCA? If not, it is unacceptable for the Governor to have frozen grant payments. It does not belong to the Commonwealth.
