Attorney General Tom Corbett banned Rita's complete medical records to her own family on 2/01/2011, the day WPAHS decided to murder fully conscious Rita for organ "donation" on 9/10/2011, and Governor Corbett continues this ban until Record destruction on 9/11/2016.
