Governor DeSantis ignores request to move the case to another Judicial Circuit for an honest, objective, unbiased review.

The State Attorney's Office refuses to file charges or present the facts of this case to a Grand Jury.  According to the 911 call James S. Taylor was safe in his apartment behind the locked front door after a confrontation. Instead of waiting inside for the police as instructed, James S. Taylor got his gun and pursued Ryan Modell outside.
