Failure to uphold the Law, doing a joint investigation between the Lee County Sheriff's Office and the Lee County State Attorney's Office.

A hog was brutally tortured for 30 minutes while his testicles were literally sawed off while alive, he was then stabbed in the throat and hosed down with water.  Detective Camacho then put the pig in the truck.  A Sworn Affidavit revealing the 2 Felonies was notarized, left unsigned and the report was buried in paperwork.
