Dear Friends. Delighted to announce, what I hope is a big breakthrough. We had to file a Public Interest Litigation in the Supreme Court. Thanks to #AdvShyamDivan who appeared pro bono for Moneylife-Foundation we have the glimmer of action. The Hon. Supreme Court bench headed by the Chief Justice directed the Reserve Bank of India to respond to our plea on banks not passing on interest rate cuts to borrowers in six weeks. Let's wait and see what happens next.
