An Important Detail...

Like most individuals with ASD Drew is open and honest even when telling the truth does not put him in the best light. The criminal justice system should operate the same way.    Prior to trial Drew’s defense attorney requested the police report as part of discovery. After trial, after the judge found Drew guilty, the entire police report was finally released to Drew’s attorney. The part of the report that wasn’t presented before trial showed inconsistent testimony on behalf of the woman, that could have benefited Drew’s defense during the trail.    Your voice, your signature, your comments send a strong message that this type of injustice must be addressed.
