Thank you to everyone who has helped us double the total number of signatures that we were able to get on our previous petition, which ran from February to April of this year.

We still have 10 days before Governor Hochul's 2024 State of the State Address. Please please please let people you know and trust know WHY you've signed this petition. We have about a 10% signature-to-view ratio, which is pretty typical of the petitions we've run over the years. What will move people who know and trust you are your reasons, your reasoning, your case for funding public universities like the public goods they are.

Tomorrow morning I'm going to start posting to the Governor's contact page, and I'll keep it going every day in 2024 until her Executive Budget for next fiscal year has been released. I'd love to see serious growth in this petition's numbers over that time span. Thanks in advance for anything and everything you do in 2024 to make this happen!
